The government's official announcement on the recent decision taken by GST on 23 types of goods and services has been issued. The movie ticket to Rs.100 was taxed at 18 per cent and 28 per cent respectively. The tariff on the ticket under Rs 100 was reduced from 18% to 12%. Computer monitors will cut tax on 32 inch TV screens from 28 percent to 18 percent.
